Pat snatched 185 in training the other day.
Sick!
If he stacks on 20kg on to his Snatch he’ll be WELL UP THERE!
Koing
He’s a future golder if he doesn’t get any serious injury.

Not sure if this has been posted before, but hers an 18 year old with a 430 clean and jerk.
And a 705 pound squat:
All done at 18 yrs old.
I’d bet my ass that he probably wouldn’t have been able accomplish such feats if he decided to just train like a powerlifter.
yes your right he wouldn’t be able to olympic lift if he didn’t olympic lift.RETARD. If he deadlifted and squated and benched like a powerlifter he would do more weight on the excercises trained. YOu my freind are a fail.
freaky strength
Is it just me or did it sound like his knee snapped when he back squatted. Listen to it when he just falls.

He’s a beast. He competed at the last meet that I competed in. I can’t remember how much he lifted in each lift, but it was impressive to watch.
Geebus your avatar rules, i wish i was that chick sitting down.
That is a damn good squat!
I am also impressed that those clips on the barbell held; I am genuinely surprised he’s using them and not serious collars. Maybe they are more reliable than I remember.
mother of god thats impressive
That was amazing. I wonder if he trains the snatch too.

New squat PR! This guy is a beast.
Mother of God. Here I am thinking I’m pretty strong for my age, but that’s more than double my best raw squat and he’s the same age as me! Shit.
That is so impressive! Doing it outside of a rack must be scary too.

I hope not. That’s why America sucks at weightlifting.

first of all he’s an Olympic Weightlifter not a Powerlifter. Second of all that is my point. Everyone in American would rather play Football/Basketball because of the money so one must really love Weightlifting to block that out since there’s not much money involve in the sport as far as I know.

You can play football and still love weightlifting. Most football players weightlift.
