18 Inch Arms

Ehh my shoulders def could, but mainly my legs. I’d give you some pointers but you’re a big pussy who creates an avatar of a muscular version of himself. I am also 22 and it was my first competition so I think I’ll take it. We’ll never know what you look like dieted down cause you are too busy posting on a forum and stuffing your face.

Iron Dwarf on this site…the guy who draws the images for Muscle Mag…is who did my avatar. I will gladly tell the man who is a professional at what he does that you find fault with it and don’t like it. Whether I ever compete or not is irrelevant.

Or let’s ask him to post his waist measurement as well…[/quote]

I ALREADY posted my diet. I ALREADY posted my waist measurements, my lifts, everything. At least read the fucking thread before starting some pussy drama. Or the first page, at least. I feel like such a goddamn internet celebrity right now. I bulked up and now I’m cutting down. What the fuck are you even arguing here? Do you just enjoy random drama? Piss off. Or don’t, I will. I’ll update my thread in the T-Cell with pictures and stats about how my cut is going.

Keep the talk of my cut to that thread. That’s why I made it. And that’s why I made it IN the T-Cell: To avoid newbie trolls starting shit like this. If you can’t post, feel free to PM me. I don’t promise a reply, but I’ll read it.

Please do, I could care less if Arnold himself made you that avatar. Maybe if it was a bit more realistic I would appreciate it more ya know?

Ok, here’s the thing. PX and MODOK, your posts are dead on accurate, as usual…and Artem, good job on the weight gain. If you gained weight and got stronger, at least some of it is muscle mass, and considering your age and that you trainw ith multijoint movements - more than a bit is muscle. And thats always a good thing.

BUT I think you NEED to seriously UP your lifting intensity on yoru next bulk…or be more careful about his exercise selection and technique. Or reconsider bulking.

If you’re 240 and want to continue to gain weight, get your lifting and nutrition straight first. Artem, do you have a log or something someplace where we can track your progress and offer comments?

What I know is that you’ve done an ideal job of showing what you are all about in this thread. I thank you for it. I like to know where the wastes of time are before I head out the door.

Oh, and work on those forearms. The only guys I’ve seen who have big arms and relatively small forearms are those who started using anabolics right out of the gate before they built that initial base naturally…and I know that isn’t you.

Have a great one!

You mean his avatar is well developed…

Have you seen pics of him?

Fuck!!! Who need re-runs of “The Chapelle Show” when you got this shit brewing. Classic!

No, nor do I really want to. It really doesn’t matter.

Perhaps you shouldn’t be calling someone names when you have no idea of what they look like, that’s all I’m saying

you posted a photo of yourself in a thread about 18 inch MUSCULAR arms. this “newbie troll” is one of the few who is trying to help you realise that you have a dangerously deluded view of your appearance.

when you were 20, 30, 40 pounds of fat overweight why did you continue gaining? because in your mind it got to the stage where gaining 100 pounds was the goal, as 100 pounds in one year sounds cool and hardcore. or that having your arm measure 18 was cool, even though it is unfortunately just a burger king arm and does not resemble an 18 inch muscular arm in anyway whatsoever. this honestly indicates an almost pathological problem. it seems as though people are oblivious to just how much ONE HUNDRED POUNDS is to gain in a single year. you gained 2 POUNDS A WEEK EVERY SINGLE WEEK OF EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR A WHOLE FUCKING YEAR!

you are totally deluded and i am pointing that out for your own benefit. how in the world your mother and father sat and watched as you did this to yourself is beyond me.

While I agree with you for the most part, he already started the attempt to rectify it, before all of this. If he stays on course with his cut, I think there will be some lessons learned from it. One, he will see how hard it is, not only to diet, but the even more difficult part of maintianing your workouts while dieting. And two that there may not be quite as much muscle as he was hoping when it is all said and done. Next time around he may not want to put himself through what the cut is going to take so I’m betting he’ll take a more sensible approach. We all make mistakes, some of us learn from them.

He’s also in the T-Cell because he isn’t an idiot. Fucking up doesn’t make you stupid. Becoming a fuck up does.

Even with all the info here and the people to get help from? You can learn from others mistakes, not just your own

Yeah, I’ve been out of the loop for a while on this site, but I can tell by his post that he’s not an idiot. Maybe over thinks things a little too much, but looking at his starting point, I’m thinking it probably wasn’t easy for him to gain that much weight, fat or not. If he’ll put the same effort into his cut I think he’ll do just fine.

Exactly, so why are some so adamant to keep debating this…jb99, stringer, headhunter?
