Didn’t you know? If you don’t post last in an e-battle, you lose.

With some of these guys there is no winning.
Yay!!! I win!!!.. what are we battling over, again?

No, nor do I really want to. It really doesn’t matter.
Let’s see you have two of the biggest douchebags on this site (HeadHunter and Stringer) agreeing with everything you say…that may give you a hint.
And many of us have seen pictures of X…he is one big ass dude, and not fat in any way.
So maybe you might want to think about shutting the fuck up, lest you continue to look like an ass.

X’s current avatar may be an exaggerated cartoon, but it’s amusingly close to what he looks like in the flesh. Including strong-points of his physique and facial hair ![]()

Well the time has come. It’s been a little less than a year and I’ve added an inch to my arms.
That’s great work AB! You have been kicking some serious ass in the gym.
Extra points for being focused at such a young age.
thanks for the morning read guys, some crazy shit. That’s wrong with kids now a days? Austin great job, i’m working on turning the pea shooters into cannons, you’ve got youth on your side, be steadfast through your twenties and you’ll be golden.
Thanks bros. This thread used to be even worse, but the mods cleaned up a lot of the usless bullshit and trolling.
Are 18 inch arms big or normal? I just measured mine and they are a little over 18
If you have delineation between your biceps and triceps then yes, it is considered big. If you are obese - like I was when I had 18"+ arms then no, your arms are not really that big. Most people will have to carry some bodyfat and gain/bulk up to 20" arms, then when you cut you will have a REAL 18"+ arms. I am rambling.
finally get too join this thread, wasn’t the hardest acheivement but then again I guess its cause I enjoy it that makes it seem so easy, this morning exactly 45cm, I’ll post pictures when I get too 46cm or so, at a weight of 102.7kg at 6’2
i gots me a question… when i measure my arms i hav a crease rite below where my shoulders ends… then my tricep pops out some more… do i measure around the tricep or in the crease? thnx for any help!
The norm would be to measure around the triceps. Also it would help if you post pics of where you are measuring to be sure. Thanks.

Measure around where your arm looks it’s biggest, generally around the center of the upper arm or where the bicep peaks.
Any estimates from anyone who has been where I am on how much weight it will take to go from 17.2 inches @ 210lbs 5’10 to a solid 18 inches? I am hoping not more than 20lbs.

Someone who really wanted 18" arms wouldn’t be hoping they didn’t have to gain 20lbs to do it.

So I get made fun of, told I have “burger king arms,” and Arterm says we are at similar bodyfats. I finally got a camera that does me justice. Sitting at a little over 18.5" and 260ish pounds.
Austin, I really wish you would have been able to wear one of those creepy Burger King Masks when you took this picture.
Then captioned it “How do ya like these BK arms?!”
