I’m gonna guess he meant D-Aspartic Acid…

Austin no more HP?

Every night for me.

I couldn’t do the instinctive training thing though. I have to have a workout schedule to make sure im hitting everything equally and getting the proper rest. Works for you though, keep it up.

Yeah he’s right…

No more HP.

Also…no more protein powder at all…I can say my diet still is not the cleanest of clean, but I am staying lean, getting leaner, look to be gaining muscle, getting stronger and I am not pounding back shakes like I used to…hmmmm

Reminds me of what Wendler said in the 5/3/1 book… “if you buy into all that whey/casein nonsense, I have some swampland in Florida I can sell to you too!”

I guess I could write something up for you guys…but I think it’d be dissapointing…I don’t do anything crazy, and my diet and training is pretty unorganized lol. Complete instinct method besides a few things. For example I went to train legs yesterday but instead felt like hitting back, triceps and delts…No split etc.
Alright so your training is largely instinctual, but could you give a run down of a typical day diet wise? So basically, what you ate yesterday would be a good example…

how much cardio do you do?
I am physically active daily…I don’t have a workout schedule…

I train when I want to, do cardio when I want to…

I try to eat 4 meals a day and nothing more.

I don’t like dairy.

I don’t use any supplements besides DAA.

I like long workouts…I am in the gym training 3 muscle groups each time I train. I am usually working out for 2-2.5 hours each time I train…

My lifts go all over the place. I continue to get stronger on the heavy compounds but also use many machines…I go for a PR everytime I lift…

Great thing…I am stronger at 210-215 than I was at 255-260…

I am pretty damn in shape…Love it

I can’t think of anything else to write…but feel free to ask…

I drink 2-5 nights a week as well…not heavy though, like tonight only 4 beers, but gotta live it up.
cool, you look good man.

Shit yesterday is not that good of an example.

12-16 oz ground beef and 1 piece of cheescake - Meal 1
4 oz ground beef, 1 large can of kirkland tuna fish mixed with mustard and Mac and cheese - Meal 2
BK double stacker, medium fry and water - Meal 3
4 Beers

I don’t drink any sugar water…That’s always helped.

Here’s my typical breakdwon I guess

6 eggs and toast - meal 1
12 oz chicken/beef ground with taco seasoning mixed with 1.5 cupsw rice - meal 2
Meat, Veggies, Rice (basically whatever mom cooks) - meal 3
Same as meal 2 - Meal 4

Lots of coffee throughout the day with a splash of milk…

Again no soda besides diet beverages, no iced tea, all that shit…I used to have that stuff a lot…

I sometimes subsitute my rice with dorritos or other chipss…

Lol fuck, so disorganized, but really is not too hard to be lean.

Large majority of cals for the day are consumed post workout…75-80%

Well dude, that last pic you posted is certainly the best ever physique I’ve seen from you - great job man. Whatever the fuck you’re doing, it’s working, so keep it up…lol…

Seriously - getting to cover-model status there.

thanks bud

Thanks dude. I honestly would not mind getting a few pounds leaner and seeing if I could model jeans or shorts, shirtless of course, just for shits and giggles…

O yeah bro?

Gotta throw this in here too…A lot of people need to relax about the weights…

I was obsessed at one point and literally wasted plenty of opportunity’s to go out and have fun…and if I did go out, I was stressed about ruining my workouts.

Life is too short not to go out and enjoy yourself as much as possible…Lifting and diet is something I do but it really doesn’t take up much of my time and I only think about the gym when I go…Funny how I am bigger/stronger/leaner and have little obsession with the weights.

I am not saying binge drink nightly, but damn straight as a single male with a lot of friends I will be going out when they go out, doing my thing and having fun which includes drinking during the summer…I try to do something fun everyday, weather it is beach, bar/club, playing pick up basketball…or just chilling with the friends…I would never stay in because I am afraid of having a bad workout…If you go out responsibly you won’t have a bad workout.

If you want to live like a hermit, go out once a month, not enjoy good food, good drinks, good company, be my guest but that’s not something I will ever do…

I used to do this a lot, lol. Then I finally decided, fuck it, I’ma try working out hungover and I remember the first time I did it, I was suprised at how strong I felt and set some ridiculous PR’s.

I knew guys who got drunk/high right before training…and they were some of the biggest in the gym at the time.
