18 Inch Arms

Beard separates the men from the boys IMO

I have no beard and my arms are so far from 18 inches its depressing! Bah!

is 15" any good for a 16 year old?

I wish more posters were capable of ending bullshit this easily.

I guess I could write something up for you guys…but I think it’d be dissapointing…I don’t do anything crazy, and my diet and training is pretty unorganized lol. Complete instinct method besides a few things. For example I went to train legs yesterday but instead felt like hitting back, triceps and delts…No split etc.

I am physically active daily…I don’t have a workout schedule…

I train when I want to, do cardio when I want to…

I try to eat 4 meals a day and nothing more.

I don’t like dairy.

I don’t use any supplements besides DAA.

I like long workouts…I am in the gym training 3 muscle groups each time I train. I am usually working out for 2-2.5 hours each time I train…

My lifts go all over the place. I continue to get stronger on the heavy compounds but also use many machines…I go for a PR everytime I lift…

Great thing…I am stronger at 210-215 than I was at 255-260…

I am pretty damn in shape…Love it

I can’t think of anything else to write…but feel free to ask…

I drink 2-5 nights a week as well…not heavy though, like tonight only 4 beers, but gotta live it up.
