The fact that I am much larger and stronger than you gives you little credit in talking to me about form…maybe stop using text book strictness and actually grow a decent pair of biceps instead of posting a semi-homo erotic photos in the “just broke 17” thread.
The attached picture is leaning back, if you think that people aren’t going to lean or swing a little bit on their heaviest sets of curls you need a reality check and need to start using weights that will actually make you grow.
Talk to my boy Kevin too, critique his form and arms. You are dumb.
gymstarrags can you teach me how to douglas?

Mr. Levrone seems to be lifting with even worse form than you, Austin. No wonder his arms are so freaking small. What a fool!
gymstar can we be friends?
u r amazin
Nice peak bro, you leaning out right?
Yeah man. Going to get pretty lean (10% or below, probably below) before my next gaining phase.
Basically do what all the other big guys do, get pretty heavy, come down, get back to that same weight but leaner and with more muscle mass.

Yep, good move. I’m doing the same but I’m coming a little slower, I’m still in the “getting heavy” phase.
Well good luck to you bro. I think taking things a little “slower” as a natty is the way to go in the long run.

NEWS FLASH: KEVIN IS ON GEAR!!!
Get out of here man Kevin is a fucking natty bodybuilder and you know it.
Once you take gear you don’t need to lift weights you just get bigger.
Austin
With all due respect, why are you leaning out? You don’t look at all fat, and your progress thus far is really good. Why short circuit that momentum with a lean out?

Well, I was a pretty lardy 255-260ish when I started this thread. I backed down and got to a more solid 235-240 and I felt like I grew muscularly when dropping that weight. I definitely got a lot stronger when those 25 pounds were lost.
Right now, I am around 225-230 depending on what time I weigh myself. I think I’d look pretty solid around 200 pounds. I won’t be getting contest lean so my strength will probably increase and I might even add some muscle over the next 12 weeks, but I am feeling soft and feel like I know what I need to eat to grow properly, so why not get lean and then grow while I am lean. Less work for the future and I’d like to look ‘good’ 24/7.
I don’t really care abouyt filling out a XXL t-shirt if I don’t have abs to accompany my size. I will one day fill out those XXLs and XXXLs, but it’s be with ripped grainy muscle. I guess my point is, I’ve eaten like a pig almost my entire life. I have never been really lean. I workout and want the results to show at all times. I think I’ll be healthier with less bodyfat, I think once it’s off, it’ll stay off for the most part when I bulk next. I think as a natty slow and steady wins the race so I’ll be gradually getting bigger over the next many years and it’ll add up. I think bodybuilding is not just about size, you need leaness too.
Aren’t you like over 6 feet tall Austin? Wouldn’t you look…skinny at 6’+ and 200lbs?

I think he’s 6’2, but at 200lbs, lean, he’ll still look good. I look forward to some pics AB.
I’ll never be skinny.
Pics will arrive when I am done for sure.

Good point. Good luck with the goal.
How are you planning to go about this cut?
