lol, yeah…
Jesus Mac those be some serious fucking arms, shit.
This thread has like 120,000 views, lol[/quote]
I’ll forever be jealous of HolyMac’s tricep attachments. Damn triceps go ALL the way down to the elbow and look very full there, too, even with arms fairly straight at the side… There’s great arm genetics for you.
Like being able to do a backflip or get his own hot teacher to screw him isn’t enough.
HolyMac cheated at the character creation screen.

You’ve totally missed the point, dude: kid’s from Alabama. Feel better, now? There you go.
Btw, just because you’re married doesn’t mean you can’t go on and bang your former elementary school teacher. Question is: would you wanna do it? ![]()
(good job, macaroni)

Couple questions:
- What are you doing to try and bring up your triceps?
- What do you do for shoulders?
- What do you do for back?
- Can I please have your bicep peak?
just checked up on this thread, congrats o the 405 bench!!

livefromthe781 - you should put your legs on the bench to isolate your pecs more

Working Tri’s twice per week, high reps - 5 sets of 15-20 to failure (on suggestion from Countingbeans)
Shoulders have their own day -
Standing military - 2 warmups, 155lbs x 8-10 x 4
1 arm DB standing delt rows - 70lbs x 10-12 x 4
1 arm DB overhead press (neutral grip) 60lbs x 10 x 4
1 arm DB reverse flys 30lbs x 10-12 x 5
DB Shrugs, 100lbs x 15-20 x 4 (combined with neck-ups)
Back -
Bent over barbell rows - 2 warmups, then 225lbs x 8-10 x 5
T-bar rows - 8 plates (the plates are situated in differing locations on the bar, so it’s hard to tell the actual load that the 8 plates are giving)
Cable pull downs with a neutral grip bar
1 arm DB rows (crouching, no bench) 100lbs x 6-8 x 4
I don’t do rack pulls or deads on back day - they are reserved for leg days-
the peak? I’m thinking its genetic. Or the result of working out in the garage when I was a kid with a straight bar. Who knows?
