<3, that’s not even a joke, more like 3-4 days a week with almost a TBT style…OMG…haha
my workout are like 2 hours long though. and split into double sessions.
austin, NICE JOB!!!
you’re honestly a beast at such a young age, playing catchup is gonna be hard lol
since you’re already pretty advanced…i have some questions that me and others would probably find useful
(sorry if they’ve been asked before, i only read 20 out of the 32 pages so they might’ve been posted before)
(1.what is your biggest mistake bodybuilding wise in training?
(2.what’s you’re biggest mistake nutritional wise?
(3.what advice do you give to someone who used to be obese(37%bf) by 10 years old, lost it at age 16(165lbs@14%bf) and is now bulking “clean”(hate that word)
(4. and, what’s one advice you have to beginners?
You must have to eat a ton.

Awesome job dude, huge milestone. I hope to get there in the next couple years.
Not really Nikki lol, kinda leaning up a bit…3 medium-big meals, and then maybe 2 shakes, or 4 regular sized meals.

Biggest mistake was neglecting recovery, you will not grow if you try for a new max every week, especially as a natty, and I am not just talking max as in 1 rep max. Learn periodization and your body. Don’t get carried away with too much reading and don’t be afraid to make changes especially when something is not working out for you. You don’t know if something works until you try it.
-
A dirty bulk of too many carbs and too little protein, just worrying about the scale and not the mirror…Mirror is more important when bulking than scale weight. If you are getting too fat back off a bit.
-
I’d say focus heavily on training, get a stronger, bring all your lifts up substantialy and you will grow. Eat clean but that doens’t mean count calories and know exactly what you are taking in, just eat 90% of the time what you would consider healthy and let the rest take care of itself. Don’t be too hard on yourself just focus on progress.
-
One advice to beginners would be to focus on the big picture and cut out all the little details…Worry about the small stuff when you are more advanced and it’s hard to grow. Have fun with it, focus on progression. It all adds up…With a few years of consistency and you will be something you dreamed of being.
I had a ton of role models when I just started out, to see that I am bigger and stronger than most of them now, is something I am proud of. Keep at it man.

Gmoore, thanks man, you’ll get there.
Am14g08, thanks bro…I was born july 28 1990, so we are like exactly the same age…it took me a while to get from 300-400, much easier to get to 300, but good luck to you man, keep at it.
