I’ve gotta get a pic up cause I hit 18 last month, but my arms always look week in pictures. I have a sorry ‘peak’ and have trouble bringing it up… my arms just are really wide/thick. They build out thick just not very much of a peak when flexed… this is my nightmare
Since dropping like 25ish (give or take a few pounds) my arms have not grown in size, but they are deffinitely bigger. Which leads me to say that I put on lean mass when cleaning up my diet. I have a decent peak on there too…I don’t even know if they are 18 anymore, but they’re around there. Definitely more quality then when I originally made this thread.
