1 year ago I deadlifted 405 x 4…That was my first time deadlifting in over a year since a lower back injury…Now my new max is 561 and I will get 585 in a few weeks, I had more gas in the tank…May not be that much to some, but it’s fucking good progress for me…

Seriously, I doubt your arms would even pass as powerlifting arms. Here’s what you should do; run the velocity diet twice back to back and do all your exercises for 15 reps to cut down. Then come back with some pics of you holding a shoe. Then you might get some respect.

Nice lift dude. Had a question about those 5.5 lb collars. Where did you get them from? I’ve got a new power rack and 300 lb weight set coming Saturday and I wanted a pair of collars like the ones you got.

Sam, those collars are almost as old as me…They were originally from my dads weight set…They have no brand on them I just checked…Try googling 2.5 kg olympic weight collars.
They are nice though, one end secures the collar to the bar, the other end you screw forward so the plates stay completely pressed against eachother.
