I’ll def give that a shot when I go back to school for the semester. I know a few girls that tan regularly too, might just be a good opportunity to hang with them and they can show my the ways.

The only way I’ve been able to tan, is to find the lowest intensity bulbs you can find(old ones) and use the bed for a short duration. Maybe 2x a week for 6 minutes. Then gradually increase the duration and frequency per week.
And there are a plethora of hot women at tanning beds. Employees and patrons.
LOL tanning

Teach me how to tan
Sick I’ll start slow and build up. I once had the worst burn ever…I won’t blame mom, but I was like 8, and she sent me out to the beach and forgot to give me sun block…blisters everywhere, it was pretty serious. Ever since then, plus growing up kinda chunky, I wasn’t big into the sun. Now I love the beach and walking around shirtless but, I’m always worried about burning.
Anyways, on a semi-related note, yea I put on skin tight black under Armour just to see what I’d look like with dem black genetics. I need a tan.

and an illegitimate child
Uh… there’s a few things that need to be addressed here.
1.) Frontload MTII off the bat. Be aware, however, you will get really fucking dark really fucking fast. In under three weeks’ time I had comments at work about “Are you intentionally trying to turn Brazilian?” I also stopped tanning in a bed, and maintained by tan for ~4 months easily.
2.) MTII does 100% NOT reduce chance for cancer - in fact, quite the opposite unless you are the extremely fair-skinned populous it was designed for. I am not, and am actually naturally fairly red/dark skinned (for a white Pollack,) and I noticed a large number of moles and my birthmark got much darker - something that’s not good and should definitely be meticulously tracked. This is why I stopped using.
3.) Beware - nausea, stunted hunger and generally feeling shitty may be a side effect at first, which is why it’s generally recommend (especially at the beginning when frontloading) to inject right before bed.

Well we will discuss on facebook. I got some time because I’ll start this right before shirtless season.

I was in michigan 2 summers ago hiking at warren dunes for about 2 hours. It was 70 degrees and cloudy as fuck, i didnt put on sun block and got embarrassingly burned.
In July i was in Jamaica for 10 days, it was 85+ everyday, and never a cloud in sight, but i had already built up a solid tan. Sun block was basically an afterthought most of the time and for the most part i barely burned. I came back darker than ive ever been in my life.
Having a tan during beach season > being pasty.

Agreed man. I burnt driving for 4 hours in NY with the window open at the end of September. It was half my body (arm and leg on my left side)… embarrassing lol
So another video…first 2 minutes are douchbaggery…then 2 minute mark…real advice

I’ve been a big drinker most of my life, but now I got goals that partying interferes with. Anyways I have no issue cutting it out and have been and my life has been better.
Anyways, point is, one of my friends who has known me for a while, saw the vid and said something similar. “Austin, you take off from drinking once every two weeks,” haha…its no surprise how easy my diet is right now since I drink so little compared to what I was doing before.

I hear ya. My definition of fun usually involves copious alcohol consumption. However since ive started my diet the last two weeks i have basically just decided not to drink at all during it and its definitely been a big reason for my ability to stick to it 100% so far.
alcohol is a toxin
nothing rewarding about headaches, dehydration, and feeling like shit
Binge drinking shouldn’t be a large part of your life if your goals are to look your best.
However, I think alcohol in moderation is cool and fun.
It’s just that so many people abuse alcohol that it becomes a problem.
I have some very serious goals I am out to accomplish as far as my body goes as well as school and career. Binge drinking is just poisoning my body and mind. It took some serious fuck ups to realize this, but I am glad I drank the way I did through a lot of high school and college because it taught me early how bad alcohol abuse can make your life.
But, I will never allow myself to become so obsessed that I begin to not have a social life. Having good friends, and fun is very important to me too because I see no point in not enjoying some of the pleasures of life and also think one of the keys to happiness is to surround yourself with good, fun people.
Anyways, point is, you need to find that balance.
It’s been a while. That’s some slick shit right there, austin - lol!
The hat’s a nice touch, too. Kinda reminds me of Scooby.

I would argue that it shouldnt be a part of your life, period.
But in moderation its fun, you gotta have a social life. I dont know about you but me and my friends arent gonna sit around and play board games on a friday night.

Agreed and agreed. I think when I am married and have kids will probably be the time in my life where Friday nights out won’t be happening often…but they’ll probably be missed lol.
