Nice job, I like that gangster Antonio Banderas look you got. You have plenty of time to hammer out some work and next time place better:D. Good job though you blow away most gym goers.
It’s funny how to the public you look perfect yet coming onto sites like this people will point out your biggest flaws.
where are the calves?..good job otherwise though.
nice work man. Good to see another competitor on this site.

damn you look sick! You have a physique very close to my future goal physique (luckily I have a lot of time to get there lol). The Arnold type pose you did looks crazy.
That guy in the middle pics looks pretty damn stocky, damn the shorter guys lol.
Do you naturally stay lean in the off season or do you gain fat pretty easily?
I never lost site of my abs in my life:) I am not obsessed about being extremely lean, but I never gain much fat anyway. I never was able to convince myself to pig out and consume 10 k of calories a day and look like an oversized humster.
What do you attribute this to? Maybe an overall active lifestyle, the types of food you eat, genetics, or a combination of the three, and to what degree? [/quote]
I think it is a combination of all three. But I atribute most of it to my low fat food paranoia. I am not overly active person, but again I go to the gym a lot. I almost never do cardio though (except precontest now). I like surfing, walking, tennis, swimming, everything that could be fun and/or pull my competitive side:)

Yeah, my calves suck big time! I am hummering them now even more than ever. Hopefully I will be able to bring them up a little more, but it looks I am a major genetic f…ck up in that area:)
Hey mate, excellent work! I lost track of you when you swiched threads. You came in with great conditioning. I think you have a great shape esp your torso. Any more front shots?
