dude you looked sick! nice job.
I’m assuming the guy in the middle w/ the red trunks won? Those are some big wheels lol
How did the “Shredded in 6 Days” plan work for you?
Thanks:)
It was my first show.
Yes, guy in the middle took the first place in Novice and third in Open:(
His legs were enormous!
Mine obviously sucked.
I did not do the trick with carbs.
I did not want to screw up the first time.
I decided to stay with my ongoing diet to the end.
Water was manipulated of course.
Great pics man! Conditioning worked out really well (I guess you can only wonder what you would have looked like if you did the carb up form the 6-days article -lol). Future contest plans?!

I have to bring my legs a little first.
They are pathetic:(
So what did your last 18 days look like? I think the original ‘18 days out’ pics looked great, but your actual on-stage shots were just amazing. Final diet? Training approach? Supps? I NEED to know! -lol

My diet and cardio\workouts were working well, that is exactly why I did not risk to do any tricks at the last moment. Last few weeks I even added another stake with two rice cakes before bed to stay fuller.
My last six weeks were really crazy. I would walk to subway 2.5 miles on empty stomack on my way to work. The same at evening from subway to home. During lunch I would do 60 minutes of cardio (walking on incline or cycling ~600 cal). And at 10 or 11 PM I would hit the gym with heavy weights.
I felt hungry all last 9 weeks, no matter how much meat and protein I consumed:)

Wait, so did you go on stage carb depleted?
I had small piece of yams and two rice cakes every day. On Tuesday and Saturday I would eat more of the same things (refeeds).
damn you look sick! You have a physique very close to my future goal physique (luckily I have a lot of time to get there lol). The Arnold type pose you did looks crazy.
That guy in the middle pics looks pretty damn stocky, damn the shorter guys lol.
Do you naturally stay lean in the off season or do you gain fat pretty easily?

I never lost site of my abs in my life:) I am not obsessed about being extremely lean, but I never gain much fat anyway. I never was able to convince myself to pig out and consume 10 k of calories a day and look like an oversized humster.

What do you attribute this to? Maybe an overall active lifestyle, the types of food you eat, genetics, or a combination of the three, and to what degree?
