How long have u been training like this? If its been very long, for training for as long as you have you just need to plain eat more, youre not as far along as you could be but you’re still new to the game. You have something you can build on and your workout is alot better than what others do. But ya at this point just eat more and more, you’re young.

I’ve been training for size since January. The rest of the 3 years was Hockey specific, more for speed and strength than size. The diet I just started last week, before that I just ate as much as possible. Now I’m trying to get some structure.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, I COMMAND THEE GOETH OUT TO MOTHER NATURE SLAUGHTER THYSELF 3 BULLS AND FEAST ON THE BLOODY CARCASSES DAY AND NIGHT, WHERE ARE THINE WINGS.

At your age you got 4 years to grow on average, still ~ ;p good for you. EAT EAT EAT EAT.
