17 Years Old Training 1 Year


Hey everybody i just joined and I figure I could use some feed back on my physique. Ive been working out since I was 13 but only this last year Ive really taken it seriously. In february I tore 2 ligaments in my elbow and shortly after damaged both my vastus medialis and popped a disc in my back (none of it from lifting). Ive been back in the gym for about 2 1/2 months now. Anyways here goes

I didnt include nay leg poses because Ive still got some problems with my inner thighs and I have next to no muscle control. They look ridiculous right now.
Lately Ive been eating whatever I can whenever barring fastfood and sweets.

You look decent and probably would look good if you were leaner. You, like me, have practically no traps, and that’s too bad cause they make you look “like you lift” with your shirt on. You’re a 4 in my book. Keep lifting!

ALRIGHT DUDE HERE IS WHAT TO WORK ON EVERYTHING. SHOULDERS SEEM VERY UNDER DEVELOPED DO A LOT OF STANDING MILITARY PRESS BARBELL ALONG WITH WATCH WHAT THE HELL YOU EAT! eAT HEALTHY NO FAST FOOD! LEAN UP A LITTLE AND YOU WOULD BE SUPRISED HOW MUCH BIGGER YOU WOULD LOOK!
