What did you learn? What are you gonna change for your next comp?[/quote]
I have put on alot of weight since the competition. 12 weeks out of that competition I weighed 184 then when this was posted, I weighed 171, and for the contest I weighed in at 159. I wrestled for my school at 171 all season long and now I’m playing lacrosse now but I have gotten my weight up 186 since wrestling season has been over (ended about Feb 12) and I’m still looking pretty cut. I have gotten some size on my legs and back which are a couple of body parts I really lacked for the contest. Ever since I have gotten out of wrestling, my hormone levels have really been kicking in so I have alot more energy through my workouts and I’m gaining some good weight pretty fast. I have about from now until around mid-August to put on some more size. I am doing two competitions with my dad again in October and a couple in November. I will be out of school so it will be alot easier to stick to a better diet and workout schedule.
