Bro you should not do this show, for your height man you should starts shows around 200lbs. I mean your ripped but not big. And why did you say “natural” or whatever you did say?
What competition experience do you have?
Have you researched to see what previous winners in your class looked like in the show(s) you are attending?
Last years winner of the teen division.
For 17 years old, you look really good. Sure you could do with more mass like others have said, but at 17 you’ve got a great start.
Ya man, for a teen competitor, you are looking great. Keep up the good work, and after this show, I would focus on gaining as much lean mass and filling out your frame to its fullest potential.
OP, you sound knowledgeable and prepared for this show, and for a 17 y.o. you have a competitive enough physique to do fine. Also, it is obvious that Daveski only wants to put you down and get props for starting the flame, so ignore anything that he says. Good luck.

This. Also, on back double bi, don’t squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Agreed that the OP looks for his age. After the show you should take advantage of the rebound effect and pack on some quality mass. Good luck.
lol

Yeah, I back up daveski, this guy is a light weight. There is nothing wrong however for doing a show for the experience, but lets not sugar coat it and say " for 17 you look competitive shape" fuck off, that’s not competitive weight for 17, that’s competitive weight for a child from nigeria.
you’re definitely ripped and in great shape to hang out at the swimming pool while 15 year old girls look at you in awe…but not “competition shape” ready…if i had to point out some weak spots i would say rear delts up the intensity with the shrugs…and also the lower body…good luck with ur competitions you have lots of time to gain and cut
