Hey guys ive been Training for around 3 years now , well for 2 years i was just powerlifting trying to get stronger , then i decided i wanted to do some bodybuilding and get a little cut but around that time i started to get alot more active especially cause im into parkour ,and it kinda made me mad cause i burned off muscle for a while and lost some arm size, and now im trying to get bigger again.
and here are my stats rite now:
bench: 230lbs max Raw
Deadlift: 420lbs max with just belt and 485lbs with squat suit
Squat:315 lbs Raw ( havent been training squat recently )
You need to post the mandatory shots listed in the sticky. Anyway, although the editing of that video is hilarious, that’s a great lift. But as far as your physique goes, you’ve got a lot of work to do before thinking of posting another RMP thread.
imm gunna try to put more shots up on my legs i just dont have a camera right now and dude , when you say i have a lot of work to do before posting another one? are you serious i mean i kno i dont kno much compared to some people and dont have the best physique , but i have seen worse on here…

Congrats on looking better than a 15 yo anorexic
Man you need to realize your talking to some legit big guys. Some aren’t obviously, I’m not huge but I cant really afford to be at the moment because of the military. Good lift but I was a powerlifter in high school and saw way smaller guys pull the same weight raw. And no offense but you arent big man, put some work and years into it then come back.

Dude , i kno im not big or experienced , i know there are huge, very experienced people on here , but ya know you gotta start somewhere nd im just starting off , i work hard and will get big and gain experience over time , i never said i was big or strong. and im pretty sure it doesnt say anywhere that u gotta be the best on here , im pretty sure its called rate my physique and thats all im askin for is for people to rate me , cause i think im ok for the amount of time ive been doing this and im only 17…
ya im probably just gunna ignore i even posted this up here now cause im trying to be more motivated in life with my lifting trying to get better and stronger and i dont think the people on here are gunna help me stay motivated so ya peace.
I think what you’re looking for is input on your progress so far. I suggest starting a thread in the beginners forum with your before/after pics, workouts, meals etc. Or if you’re not into that you can do it in one of the training forums either BB or PL whichever you consider yourself. You’ll get more positive input. This forum is really just for rating physiques. Take a look at some of the high scoring ones and you’ll see what the standard is in here.
If you need encouragement I’ll say you’re off to a good start for your age.
Eat a shit ton and push the weights seriously and you’ll be somewhere in a few years.
Keep it up.

Thank you dude , ill definitly be goin to different forums cause im just new to this stuff and this site, and ya thanks alot man.
Yeah man dont just walk away. TNation is seriously the best site I’ve been able to find. I’m only 18, but I’ve been at it for awhile. Mostly powerlifting, unfortunately I’m more of a conditioning and functional strength training guy now lol Just absorb knowledge and be open to suggestions, then validate those suggestions through more research. You’re definitely more muscular than the average 17 year old though.

ok so i haven’t been training squat that much recently and i had a big workout yesterday and found out my new maxes sorry for that dude. believe me im not on here just saying fake numbers i have plenty of vids to prove but imm going to be getting even newer vids soon.
The issue is you put it in the wrong forum and didn’t put the required stuff up, of course you’re going to get blasted here. You say you’ve seen worse physiques posted in this forum…yes so have we, and we rip into them just as much.
If you want input here it is:
You have no size. Eat more. The reason people say wait a long while before posting one of these again is that you just don’t have the size that’s ever going to get you a decent rating here. If you’re looking for specific help, go get a thread in the beginners forum going and people will definitely help (post it in the bodybuilding forum and you’re likely to not get nearly as much help and a lot more flaming towards you). As far as people “calling you out” in regards to your lifts, it’s simply that when you post two different numbers, and do not actually say “hey I had a fricken great squat day today and got a new PR” then most people just assume you’re lying. I know I would.
