17 Y/O Beginner - Cut or Bulk First?

As kids, we trained for our sport, we would play sports and then we’d hit the gym a few times per week.

We’d eat our mother’s dinner and whatever we could scrap together for breakfast and lunch.

Doing this from young teens to young adults, we dropped our puppy fat and built solid physiques. This was true amongst my friends and countless others across the country.

I’m glad I now know this was all an illusion.
