I’m not happy with mine either, but it is what it is.

I really don’t see where you get off on calling out SkyNett on his arms, being they are 17" and yours are 15". Unless he is morbidly obese they are better than yours. Also yours are 15" and not even cut either if the pics in the T-Cell 11-T thread are still how you look…[/quote]

For one, I wasn’t ragging on him.
For two, I even stated I’m not happy with my arms.
For three, I never said mine were better looking.

thanks for chiming in though

No problem…I really don’t see how “I wouldn’t be proud of them being 17” isn’t ragging on or puting him down, but whatever.

18 large. Suck it, losers.

Thanks for making mine look like crap! Nice work though.

Esk - nice peak and the forearms looks really well developed as well. Good job! I don’t know if its just the pic but it looks like the tricep long head may be lacking in comparison to the bicep…or maybe its just that I’m used to my arms which are more tricep than bicep. lol

My tris aren’t horrible, but my biceps make them look bad in comparison.

Josh and his forearm envy… Love ya buddy.

I’m a little over 16.5 cold. I suck. Good job to those of you making big jumps and here’s to getting all of our .22’s to 18+!

“Soy un perdedor…”

No argument here!

Nah not bad at all, I think the shadowing in the other pic makes it look much worse than it really is. Physique looks very solid overall, good work man - keep it up.

And yes Bug - I always have forearm envy, maybe I just perceive mine as being smaller than they are…but I really think they suck. I’ll get a new pic up soon so you can see what I mean…lol

that arm is 18"?

Yessir. Last time I measured it anyways.

I just measured my arms and to my horror they are still only 15’6/8" (just as two years ago). They have not grown a fucking bit. Totally frustrating. I seem to have reached my genetic potential as far as my arms are concerned.

Chris, how much weight have you gained since 2006 ?

Well, in the two years I had dieted down from about 203 pounds to about 167 pounds and I am now back at 200 pounds but considerably leaner than before. So I think I have gained a few pounds of muscle. I can definitely see gains in my back, traps and legs from Madcow’s 5x5 that I am currently doing.

I’m guessing that you have been neglecting direct arm work?

It seems like you’d have to be avoiding direct arm work at all costs not see arm growth with a 35 lb + lean mass gain.

Even with only compounds I would have expected at least a little bit.

Did you train the entire 2 year period ? No two steps forward, three steps back type situations ?

You’re a level 4 customer so I hope we can say your diet has been in line.

Which, on a bodybuilding forum, makes no damn sense.

I have done hardly any triceps isolation exercises except for a short interlude with doggcrapp trainig which I stopped because I got convinced I am not advanced enough. I thought that my triceps got enough stimulation from compound pressing but maybe I was wrong.

However, I have always been doing isolation work for biceps. But maybe with too little training volume.

To get an idea how many sets of isolation exercises for bis and tris are you guys doing per week?

Alas, it is not a 35 lb lean mass gain, some of the gain is fat, about 50% I would say. Even when trying to do a clean bulk, it is so easy to excuse bad eating habits with the bulk.
