16 Week Cycle: Test C, Tren E, Deca + Dbol

Test C - 600mg week split e3d 1-16
Tren E - 300mg week split e3d 1-16
Deca - 300mg split e3d week 1-16
Dbol - 50mg ed week 1-6
Proviron 50mg ed week 1-16
Arimedex 0.5mg eod week 1-16

Im starting this stack next week i have previously ran 2 test e/tren a cycles with anavar winstrol and proviron and suffered no sides

My aim is to bulk like crazy but as i have no experience with a bulking cycle

Does this stack look ok or should i run lower doses?

Im 31 and currently 247lbs 5"10 bf is a little higher than i would like at around 23%

Just looking for some advice

Youre at 23% BF and you want to bulk? Seems odd and not really good for your overall health. Just my two cents. Looks like you threw the kitchen sink at it. IMO you either pick Tren while lean bulking (youre too fat for this IMO, sorry harsh I know), or cutting. Nandrolone is a better bulking drug. I don’t advise on cycles but I can tell you the classic mass stack is Test/Nandrolone/Dbol.

I would take @blshaw advice on this. You need to drop a fair amount body fat before you bulk more. Especially if you have never done a bulk before. You are def gonna put on more fat.
As far as the cycle, def drop the tren, It has no place here especially for 16 weeks. On a longer bulk(over12 weeks) I have found it more beneficial to run lower doses at first and then increase the anabolic load and food as you plateau on your lifts/growth.
As far as the arimidex, if it were me I wouldn’t just start taking it until I felt high estrogen sides but that’s just me. I like the proviron with deca, seems to mitigate sides.
Bottom line, lose some weight before you do this.

Bulking is probably the wrong term, what i hope to achieve here is increase in muscle whilst dropping body fat i know test/tren, anavar winstrol and prov are probably the better option for this and i appreciate that im definitely too fat no offence taken and any advice is appreciated full stop. I find it very difficult to drop bf even though im in calorie deficit around 300cal, i train 5 days a week and do 20 minutes of cardio daily on top of multpile miles with my dogs. Im not looking for any short cuts as im 100% dedicated to my end goal. Im just new to the PED game and really looking for advice on how to best reach my goal

The gear you suggest is not gonna help you lose weight. It will help you retain muscle in a steep deficit. Something is wrong with your diet. 300cals is not much unless you are being super strict and honest with yourself about what you are eating.
What your talking about doing is a recomp and that is not easy without a few times failing to see how your body best responds. It usually turns into a bulk.
The stack you have chosen is also not the best for this. You really need to get you diet in check.
Post what you are eating and how you train. Taking gear at your level of bodyfat is asking for issues.

Im using a program called nutritics to work out my calories im eating 300cals less than usual and have been for a while now around 1900cals daily, no protein shakes etc, admittedly my macros are off i wont lie about that but i tend to eat a lot of dark greens, protein is usually chicken or beef and carbs are usually 1 or 2 medium potatoes/pasta or brown rice.

I follow that every week

If your not losing weight you are not in a deficit.

If you are going at this sped you are running and should be burning a fair bit of calories.

Something is def wrong with your food tracking or there are other issues with metabolism.
My advice for now would be to tighten up your food tracking for a couple weeks and see how your weight trends.

Ive been on some heavy antidepressants and low dose anti psychotics for the past 4 years due to service related PTSD ive been able to stop taking them this last 2 weeks and feel much better in myself gym helps tenfold but i definitely noticed that i had put on a lot of bodyfat during that time and struggled to lose any. Im hoping now that these meds are leaving my system things will turn around and i can drop this unwanted fat. Thank you for your advice i really appreciate it and i will be sidelining the stack until i can drop the fat. Im going to tighten my diet for now and keep on with my training. I burn around 320cals according to the tread in that time if theres any truth to that i dont know.

Cheers guys

My wife was on anti depressants for a while and also put on a few ponds she couldn’t get rid of. Once she came off she was able to drop some fat. Now we just gotta work on her eating habits but that’s another story. Good to hear your are reconsidering the gear for now. I don’t think you would have achieved the results you seek.
Start a training log and post diet and exercise updates with pics if you want. It makes you feel accountable and def helps keep you motivated. Good luck

And all the gear and your age and body weight and you are squatting no more than 120kg (265lbs) for 10 reps?

Have you considered doing a cycle to try to get strong?

I am his height (5’10"). If I was 247 lbs at 23% BF, I’d be a monster in the gym. At 215 lbs and a bit under 20% BF, I benched 405 lbs. Another 20 lbs of muscle and 10 lbs of fat on me, I’d be a beast. I don’t think a 500 lb bench would be out of the question (especially on a Test / Tren cycle).

I am doubting his BF%. With the listed stats he is either sandbagging his training, or the stats are wrong. Also at those stats, 1900 kcal is ridiculously low. Weight loss would occur for most people at 3,000 kcal a day if they had those stats.

To be honest with you the aim is to increase strength tenfold but as the other guys have mentioned the problem lays with my current body fat i dont know half as much as i would like to about gear and i would never claim so either.

IMO, you are overtraining your muscles involved in supine pressing, if the weight is heavy. (Which is hard for me to believe considering your weight.)

Your body fat will not prevent you from getting stronger.

The weight is comfortable for me to lift im trying to increase that weight but the previous cycles i ran were a while back i never said those cycles were recent at all if you read i have been on antidepressants for the past 4 years, im not looking for anything other than advice. And i certainly have no reason to lie about my stats what would i gain from dishonesty where my post is aimed at getting the right advice to continue my journey not boost my ego or to be anything that im not.

I don’t think you are lying about your stats. I just think like many people (including myself in the past) you have underestimated BF%. That isn’t lying. Lying involves being deceptive.

Maybe I am wrong, but I am just thinking you are how I used to be. I thought I was leaner than I was. That I was 20 lbs away from a 6 pack type thing, when I was actually closer to 40-50 lbs away. I was 230 lbs at your height at one point. I thought I was 20-25%, I was more like 30-35%.

Its very possible that my BF is under estimated and i will get it checked out so i can bring it back and be completely transparent. Any advice is good advice in my opinion :+1:

One of the reasons I am a little put off, is that your proposed cycle is nearly 3 times the AAS that I ever took (and I thought I was taking a lot), and you’re in the situation that you are in now. I cannot see how this isn’t extremely overkill to make decent progress.

Did you look for advice before doing your first two cycles?

I am not aware of the struggles you must be having, so I have no advice on dealing with those types of problems.
