That’s a good thing to admit! And a great reason to drop 90% of the AAS you are planning on using cos you don’t need it. Take test only, MAYBE a small amount of Tren for the retention and strength and drop that 23% to 15%. Then do your bulk, with 1-3 compounds meant for adding mass. you’ll be happier with those results I bet. Good luck
Are you counting and weighing EVERYTHING that you consume, including beverages, sauces, etc? Whenever I have people come to me with the predicament you’re describing the answer is always, no. They’re just eyeballing it, and working off of the assumption that they are counting accurately.
Also, are you adding “earned” calories from exercise back into your budget? Because your Apple Watch, or my fitness pal estimates on exercise are often times totally inflated. They also don’t account for the fact that your body becomes acclimated to higher levels of activity. I leave exercise out of the equation all together when I’m prepping for a contest.
I agree with everyone else as far as what gear to run. Lowing dose testosterone (200-400 mg/wk) and nothing else.
Thank you for your service and best of luck!
