-I didn’t really take lifting too serious, and gradually I became addicted to it. I used to just do whatever for lifting. Now I have a really good schedule. I work a specific body part and tear it up and give it a week to repair. I love endurance. I think it helps your max increase dramatically.
I started getting bigger my freshmen year. I noticed my shirts were tighter and I started getting pecs. My arms were very snug in my shirts. Well that’s about it I guess. Rate away!
Gosh peeps is starting out young nowadays. Looks like you’re spending alot of money on subpar supps though… I’m not gonna call you out on your numbers (the squat’s the suspicious looking one) cuz it’ll just turn into a flamefest until you post vids.
For one, post a recent pic, do you not have a cell phone anymore, there’s no excuse why you can’t post a current pic and not a year old one. Assuming your numbers are real, work on deadlifts, you can bench, squat and power clean more then me, but my deadlift has got a good 40 or so pounds on yours. Any particular reason your deadlift is so low? oh and post leg pics, that’d be another good idea.
Oh and post a leg pic, people will get on your case about that one, and rightfully so as your squat seems pretty high.
why would you a post a picture which does not reflect your progress up to date?-does not make sense, you will not be able to use any criticism you receive because this picture probably does not accurately represent your current [upper] body.
Does anyone else find supplements that put the word “bolic” after everything, use the word extreme alot, and throw out random numbers in their supplement titles totally lame?
I mean what the fuck is a wheybolic…
Is it protein that is more “bolic” than other protein…for fucks sake every food is anabolic. I’m gonna come up with a supplement line a get rich off 16 year olds.
If I slam 20 doses of squatabolic+milkabolic, can I skip one of my workouts, or if I take the 20 AND workout will I get twice as swole? Doood, that would be sweet!
Also, I heard a rumor about Elitaballic-3, that new triple-effect fat-burning supp. you’re getting ready to release, that you are going to offer a free shoe with the first 50 orders. Will we be able to choose the size?

As a peace offering: A little advice for the future, as you continue to learn.
I know you’re just starting out, and at your age you probably don’t have access to much else besides GNC, but you want to be careful about that. Most of what you see on the shelves at most supplement shops won’t do anything for you, except bleed your wallet dry, especially the things with the fancy names.
Plain whey, plain creatine; stick with plain. The fancy things are designed to catch your eye and get you to pay more than you would for the plain stuff, and most times they won’t be anymore effective than the plain versions. Try to research your purchases before you make them (this site has a great deal of info on supplements; their own line is a good choice.)
Like I said, just a suggestion.
Do you expect people to think of you as hardcore because you buy supplements at GNC? Oh, and if you want to get big, all you need is squatabolics and milkabolics.
