Serious question, are you a girl? i hope to god u are.

i actually i cant tell if this is an epic troll or not. 5ft 3 and 101lbs? plz be a girl.

I tried the Metabolic Drive Muscle growth and definitely liked it, but for versatility, I rely on several canisters of the Metabolic Drive Low Carb formula each month. if I want extra carbs, I’ll throw in some oats or a banana. If I want more cals, I’ll mix it into cottage cheese, or mix in some almond butter. I’ve long since worried about having Whey and casein laying around, this has been my go-to powder for about 10 years now, and while some of the others you listed are probably decent, I see no reason to change what I know meets my needs (and tastes damn good as well).

Buy all of them and inject them directly into your spinal column to really pump up that myofibrillated hypertrophy.

/troll

Metabolic Drive is the best if you can afford it. I struggle to find a really good powder for my money, but in my experience, you want to look for something that has micellar casein and whey isolate (like Metabolic Drive).

Your profile says you are 23.

Put creatinez in your socks bro!

5’1" actually. Yay, I’m not the shortest. Also, not very smart to come on a board sponsored by a supplement company and ask opinions every other brand. Just saying.

Haha look at these kids dissing you about you’re size and weight…JK 24 years old weighing 101pounds? You should stop putting perk 30’s in your protein shakes…But clearly you’re meals aren’t big enough, your not lifting hard enough, or you’re a girl… respond back

I was interested to see opinions on the question also, as a side note.

Lol you’re 5ft 11 and weigh 153… He who lives in a glass house shouldn’t throw stones.

he weights 46 but he is also 1,56cm
when I started I weighted 64kg at 1,81 cm
I was skinnier than him weighting almost 20 kg more than him.

Do people actually like Metabolic Drive? Or is it just because it is sponsored by T-Nation… I’ve wondered this for years…

Forget being a great quality product, there are only a few protein powders that Ive used over the years that I genuinely will say are tasty.

Old Metrx (small white boxes) Choc PB flavor Packets
Beverly Nutrition Cookies n’ Creme Powder
Metabolic Drive Choc and Banana (I usually mix a scoop of each together)

Metabolic Drive is not only the most versatile for my needs (I’m usually putting it IN some other food as opposed to just making a shake), but it’s cost effective, and it’s not watery, as so many powders are. For me, it’s a no brainer at this point

I think they actually offer a money back guarantee if it’s your first time buying certain products. If so, definitely try it, I can’t imagine anyone not being surprised by this stuff.

Well that and he is muscular with great fitness…

Could be IronDwarf 2.0 guys.

Was thinking of trying out Whey to Build Muscle. Has anyone tried that one out? Any reason I shouldn’t try it?

eat sticks of butter

I was 96lbs at 5’2"ish before I started lifting… 101lbs sounds about right for a real short guy just starting out who isn’t fat.
