1400 Total @198lbs. 20 Yrs Old

I’m new to this board, and figured I’d start posting here a bit. Love reading/learning/all that good stuff.

Next meet is the RPS Fall Classic in Cbus OH on Oct 11. Gonna be using knee wraps+benching on my toes+pulling sumo. Gonna be different.

just skip to six minutes in if you don’t wanna hear me just ramble

Hey errybody. If I posted this in the wrong section, just let me know and I’ll try to fix it or something.

White box, no video.

^thanks man. How do you embed youtube videos here?

I saw in another thread to just post the link and the mods will embed it for you, but I could be wrong

Looks like there was no space between “just skip…” and the end of the youtube link.

Whoops, thanks man

I’m still upset, and my hand is being annoying and not healing quickly. Next time it’ll happen for sure

As always man, thanks for the support!

Great lifting.

I am not sure what wasn’t to depth about your second attempt at the squat though. Its not that I think you were good for a lot more than that, but I didn’t see how that was not a good lift. You could have passed on your third and saved some energy if that would have been good.

I agree as well, I really cant see how that second squat attempt was no lift for depth. Awesome stuff

Thanks guys, and who knows. Can’t do anything about it now, so no sense in dwelling on that or them iss at 600.

Just have to train and get stronger, while learning how to use knee wraps and pull sumo lol
