At this point I had two employees come up to me and tell me I wasn’t allowed to deadlift. I told them bullshit because I do it all the time and to go talk to their boss. They come back ten minutes later and say that I have to deadlift in some other random area of the gym. By the time I unloaded, moved and reloaded the bar I’d taken too long between sets and couldn’t even budge 425. The other two sets I was supposed to do were 425x3 and 475x1+, since I would’ve had them easily had I not been interrupted I decided to do my assistance work as planned and move on to the next week instead of setting the weight back.

Single Leg Hamstring Curl:
37.5x10,10,10 These are getting easier on my right leg which is a good sign.

Well, had an old friend come in from out of town this weekend and things got interesting… Missed my deadlift workout from last week so I’ll either just tack my would be top set onto the end of this weeks workout or just work up to the top set on a separate session, we’ll see how it goes… Overall felt good today, reps were a little rough but weights felt light on the first couple reps. Only 10 lbs off of a PR so not bad and kind of expected it to be rough since I’m getting sick again T.T

Ab wheel kicked my ass, I’ll start throwing it in more often. 405 set was high as a fucking kite, needed at least another inch. Hips were stiff so it threw off how my depth felt, I’ll count it for this workout and post a video later. I’ll have to be more careful next workout.
