Form today was absolute shit, as you can see. Gonna work on losing that hip dip thing as I think at this point in my training I’m getting more of a setback from being out of position than any benefit that I may be getting from stretch reflex.

Gravity was strong today, just the bar felt heavy as shit, I couldn’t breathe and I actually thought I was barely going to get 1 at 365. They all moved surprisingly fast though without too much form breakdown even so idk what the hell’s going on. Tried to eat some extra cals today as I’m down to 195.3 as of this morning, not bad considering I was 205.7 about a month ago. Cut’s going pretty well so far, might try to start to level out my weight for the next few months and then actually start to get lean lean over the summer when I have a bit better control over my diet.

Felt good today, think I’m gonna start adding in RPE’s on my 5’s week since I’m just doing a 3x5 and not doing the plus set. Spoto presses were awful after doing the normal benches and incline dumbbells, but I think they’ll benefit me greatly and will be a good way to start incorporating pauses into my training since I’m doing all my benches TnG right now.
