Your bench form is probably bad-arch more use more leg drive ext-, and your power clean form is probably bad too- spread legs out a ton barley get under it ext-. Or you just train it and don’t bench idk, usually you will bench more though.

i think my powerclean is decent… im defo a lot more suited to using my full body in excercises… comes from playing rugby.

But still, most of them can’t lie, after 11 months of training, what I have is
Bench 225
Squat 325
Deadlift 335 perfect form, but did 365 with ugly form so I don’t count it yet
Pwrclean 165 (was never coached, so I got a bad motor program to start and I had to unlearn it, which is pretty though and require conservative weights)
So total of 1080, and I have no doubt I’ll push my total well over 1200 over my second year of training. I beleive most ppl here train since more than 1 year.
jesus, last year was my first year and i hit 35 something, my legs were also pussy shit back then, i could squat 225 for like 1 and now its up to 10:) so i have a feeling iw ill do much better next season

sophomore year was my first year in track, got 39’8" with a 12lb. this past year i only got 38’1". i’m not too serious about the sport, so maybe it’s time to retire, lol. musta been beginner’s luck
