12 weeks to super strength chest and back

Ok I know probably a lot of you have tried this program and I would like to know if you’d recomend it to a teenager like myself… does it produce a much great bench max… and or a lot more size? Id like your results please.

Size gains are dependant on your diet, not the type of training program you’re using- assuming of course you’re weight training and covering the basics- squats, deads, chins, bench etc…

“How much size can I gain from this training program?” is honestly a silly question. The other day a reader told me that GVT didn’t work for him because he didn’t get any bigger.
