112 Lb Bulk!

All I am going to say is putting that kind of size on that fast is retarded. Talk about bad for the heart! Another competitior I know just had his first heart attack at 27 years old, and he routinely would get like that in the off season.

And he ain’t the only one I know!

Not worth it.

I dunno. The more I think about it, the more conflicted I am.

Pros

*He got very big in a very small amount of time

*He got pretty goddamned strong “for a bodybuilder”;
http://www.ironforlife.com/showpost.php?p=459123&postcount=48

*Aside from going to the obvious extreme of gaining 100 pounds, he did it rather intelligently- whole body workouts 3x a week, lots of good food and not too much in the way of roids.

*He’s dedicated

Cons

*He’s a fat bastard

*He spent a better part of the year as a fat bastard, and then lost most of the muscle he gained as anyway by dieting too much and not lifting

*1000mg of test a week for twelve weeks? Sweet Jesus. Ronnie Coleman probably doesn’t do that much juice.

*People who weigh 70 pounds less than he does lift the same amount of weight

In any case, don’t knock 'til you try it, fellas.

D…d…d…d.d…did you stutter motherfucker? I’m going to need video proof before I’m goaded into believing your fatass can do 5 chinups with bodyweight alone.

Think about this for a second…

Your heart is a muscle…it needs training just like your other muscles. Lifting weights like a maniac and eating mounds of shit at your age is going to do serious long term damage to your body. Might want to add in a little energy systems work there chubster.

Funny thread BTW…anyone who gets as fat as you is going to stay that fat without a gastric bypass or laparoscopic surgery.

my bad its probably only about 80 something. I was judgeing my gym weight at 280 from my morning weight at 200 wich is 90lbs difference.

200lbs to 280lbs back then I could do like 5,3,2,1, now I have 5,5,4. I havent been doing chinups long because I gained so much weight and just recently decided that with how much I workout I should be able to do a couple sets of 10 chinups.

BTW about the “everyone who gets as fat as me staying fat unless they have surgery” what can I say I guess some people are weak minded and want the easy way out.

I just relized why your talking shit, your 175 after 6-7 years of training. You want to belive that if you would have bulked it would have been worse. So you can somehow deal with your shit results like they are the best you could have done.

lol yeah it only took 49 posts and 3 pages to find someone that agreed with you. That’s like what, 2% of people…just admit it man…the dude bulked for 9 months, ate too much, didn’t know what he was doing, and turned himself into a fatass. Like I said…not impressed.

You make it sound like what he did was easy and anyone could have done it.

But now that you put it that way Im just sad that T-Nation lacks posters who can actualy judge progress even if the person gained fat.

Yeah its not good for his health, and he gained alot of fat wich wasnt good. But none the less he put on a shit load of muscle. And would have kept way more of it if he had been smart post bulk.

I dont disagree with what your saying at all, just the people saying what he did was easy and his legs are the same size and all he did was gain fat and hardly any muscle.

this fucking faggot thinks he is a god at bulking and weight lifting and that no one is better than him. all he does is come at your bodyweight and says your years of training vs results are insignificant. What a worthless prick piece of shit. No wonder your original name WAS BANNED be the mods. I hope they do it again.

  1. Your grammar sucks ass. You definitely need to spend a little more time hitting the books and a little less time hitting the buffet.

  2. I wouldn’t be lobbing any stones if I were you, seeing as how even your ears are fat.

Ya, you are also what? 90 POUNDS HEAVIER than me asshole! You are a fat snob piece of crap. If I wanted to be as fat as I could and lift weights I could, but I don’t because I actually want to be proportionate and actually get laid! So go eat another tub of Crisco lard and gain another 50 pounds of fat with minimal muscle, douche bag.[/quote]

This might be the bitchiest post I’ve ever seen here. Wow.

Im not gonna learn anything from you, your annoying, and your pissed off because people who are willing to gain extra fat make more progress than you.

Im done replying to you.

Im proud of what I am and how I got there. There are thousands of kids my age who are skiny. There are a hand full who have done what I have.

I only “lob” stones at the lil men posting here talking shit to me and about that guys bulk.

No one attacked them, they just saw people makeing more progress than them and felt insecure enough to let me know that Im not better than them. Im not sure how my older posts came off as me being better than them tho. They must be realy realy insecure.

I think the problem is you look at your pics and see…

While others look at you and see…

To each his own.

I look at me and see the muscle behind my lifts. The lifts that no one else on this site my age or any other site I can find is doing.

Nice choice of pictures tho.

I don’t want to hate on you N3wb. You’ve gotten stronger faster than most people I’ve seen on T-Nation. But your Push-Jerk is only 20 pounds more than your bodyweight. No matter what your goals are, if it’s bodybuilding, powerlifting, or whatever, you’re going to have to go on a long cutting cycle at one point. What’s the worst that can happen. Even if you have to lose 70 pounds to look lean, you’ll still be huge. You can’t infinite bulk, man. Only ectomorphs get to do that.

I hate to break it to you slim, but this kid is younger, stronger, and doesn’t resemble a beached whale.

Yeah Im definatley to fat.

I just cant bring my self to cut when my chinups, squats, and shoulder press are going up weekly deadlift is at an all time high and power clean is at 275 after my first week of training. Things are goin to good for me to drop my calories and not give those lifts all I have.

Im going to be moveing to a different state at the end of the school year so I just sort of assumed I would cut so id be lean “least not fat” when I moved.

Your definatley right tho, and thanks for not makeing it insulting.

I can find quite a few people my age stronger than me, my quote was “The lifts that no one else on this site my age or any other site I can find is doing.” As in no forums I have seen. I have seen plenty of powerlifting records with kids stronger than me I just plan to beat them. BTW I can probably out squat and deadlift the kid but yeah he has me in bench.

OK Im done, if some of you lil guys want to tell me Im fat thats cool, I am fat. But I also have more muscle and strength in less time than you.

Go on with life. In 6 years if your slightly bigger and the same body fat and Im way bigger and less body fat. We will know who was right.
