Actualy I have 4 black 45’s and there were 2 on each side with the push press, the frames cut out part of the press so it looks like I dont take thhem as high. Never the less I can probably get 245x10 locking them out now.

The bench is 3 plates and a ten per side if you dont belive it thats fine. I do have clear videos of 315x6 bench but no way to get it on here. Also 5pps x 5 deadlifts from about 18 weeks ago.

Wait a second, why am I trying to prove my self to you. Your the one talking shit with no pics to back up his claims.

I try to be a expert but I will never be able to match up to your knowledge. I mean once you told me a 5ft5 125lb kid had more muscle than me. Only a expert like you could think that up.

I think your claims are full of shit, no one whos 315 and lifts what you say you do is as stupid as you act.

OK, i’ll humour you. If you’re one for all the proof then how come the only video that is clear enough to view that you have it not possible to get on here??
How come the two ones that ARE, are extremely blurry and unclear.
I look at that kid from a while back with very low bodyfat and i look at you with an enormous bodyfat. I think he has more muscle…not weighs more… definitely doesn’t have more fat… just more MUSCLE.

I think by looking at the single picture in the profile that i was able to view, you look like the generic offspring of the current obesity epidemic.

How does me being 315 dictate how i should act?
No one as imature as you would have the dedication tog get to 315lbs, maybe the steroids changed you into a bitch.

The vids are from a cell phone, the other vid is from a video camera.

Still no pics from you? how about this, you post some blury vidos of a 6ft6 315lb guy shoulderpressing what apears to be 3 plates perside then 20 pictures. And we will talk.

BTW thanks for again posting that a 125lb 5ft5 kid has mroe muscle than me, I love your reasoning behind it. He has more defenition than me there for he is bigger.

You expert you.

He has more muscle there than 99.9999% of people posting here.

Some of you are saying that bulking and cutting dont work? He gained 50-60lbs of muscle in 9 months. It works x10000 its retarded dieting and lack of training that dosent work.

Just wow.

You are a fucking ignorant ass. NO WAY IN HELL did he gain 50-60 pounds of muscle in 9 months!!! Go fucking research some more you idiot, your what, 16, and think you know everything when really you know jack shit.

LOL, he did gain 50-60lbs of muscle in 9 months, I do research how do you think I out muscle, and lift you in
1/3 the time of training.

Damn, knowing jackshit sure is effective.
Ya, you are also what? 90 POUNDS HEAVIER than me asshole! You are a fat snob piece of crap. If I wanted to be as fat as I could and lift weights I could, but I don’t because I actually want to be proportionate and actually get laid! So go eat another tub of Crisco lard and gain another 50 pounds of fat with minimal muscle, douche bag.

Looking at ideas like this, and considering that in the original thread he has done something along the same lines more than once, i wonder what type of damage he has done to himself.

And IMHO i think he would look a lot different with 50-60 lbs of muscle.

I’ll go somewhat along with this. I’ll give the guy credit for “going for it”. It’s actually kind of refreshing after the parade of neo anorexics that usually stroll through here. However, I cannot in good conscience endorse what he did as an example for others to follow.

Anybody who’s read anything I’ve said around here knows that I’ve taken on all comers at times in defense of eating for maximal gains and let the fat fall where it may, but this guy almost certainly ate himself well past the point of maximal gains which is a waste of effort not to mention money.

In my opinion he could have gained just as much muscle with considerably less fat, then continued training intelligently while tightening up and wound up looking (and being) much better. It likely would have been actually easier (and cheaper) to boot.

90lbs heavier but no 90lbs fatter. Face it, your 6 years was wasted my 2+ years was spent getting bigger and stronger than you. But you think your hot shit because I would still have to diet for around 15 weeks before I was leaner, bigger and stronger than you.

Can people even tell you lift?
Okay, I may be missing something, but how does this constitute a bulk and cut strategy? I am in no way trying to downplay your progress, I took a look at your training log and you’ve made very good size and strength gains.

My issue is with the whole ‘bulk then cut’ dogma. I still think it is MUCH more efficient to gain weight slowly. This way you know that what you are gaining is muscle. Obviously if your gains slow down, then eat more. All you have to do is adjust your calories 250 at a time.

Another thing to consider is that you are 16 years old and growing. You would have gained about 15-20 lbs during the last year just by sitting on your ass and doing nothing. Again, not trying to downplay your progress but it is definitely something to consider.

I also have a bone to pick with all those who advocate not worrying about fat gain while bulking. Some people act like they could just do some dieting for a few weeks and have a six pack. Do you people honestly think it’s just that easy to drop from 20% bodyfat down to <10%? How many of you that advocate this strategy have ever actually had a six pack? Have you noticed the obesity epidemic in America?

If it was so easy, alot more people who tried dieting would be thin. I’ve been fortunate enough to have been an athlete my entire life and have never had bodyfat above 13-14%, but from my experience as a personal trainer I can tell you that for most people getting a six pack is probably the hardest goal they can go after.

I think many of you are in for a rude awakening when you decide that you have enough muscle to cut down, only to realize that you’re going to be stuck at a higher bodyfat percentage. When you gain fat, you are adding more fat cells.

When you lose fat, you can’t get rid of fat cells, you can only make them smaller. This means that the more fat you’ve gained, the harder it will be to get a six pack. Something to consider for those that think gaining 100+ lbs in less than a year is a good idea.

The only training that the subject of this thread appears to have done is in competitive eating. If he keeps making “gains” like this, Kobayashi and Chestnut are in some serious shit.

First off, you don’t even know my 6 year training history asshole. I was an offensive lineman at 220 in H.S. which is where I spent 4 years of my lifting life. I was squatting close to 500 and benching 300. Then I CUT DOWN to 160 after highschool because I DIDN’T want to be a FAT ASS that was decently strong!

I spent 2 YEARS at 160 and lifted to stay at a LEAN 7% body fat and not get BIG and FAT and gain higher lift numbers. Now, in the past 6 months I’ve been lifting SERIOUSLY to build strength and SIZE but still be proportionate and look good, not like YOU a FAT FUCK that eats everything in site and thinks he’s gaining serious amounts of muscle and little FAT!

So in the past 6 months I’ve put 70 pounds BACK on my bench from what I lost, BUILT my deadlift from NOTHING to about 325 and built my squat back up from NOTHING to about 350 and I’ve only been doing those two lifts for about 2 months now. So like I said before go eat another fucking bucket of Crisco, a double whopper and a couple sticks of butter and tell everyone you’re gaining close to 90 pounds of muscle!!! Fat shit.

And I’d LOVE to see you DIET down to <10% body fat from like 25% in 15 Weeks COMPLETELY NATURAL! I GUARANTEE you wouldn’t be able to!!

Good because thats not decently strong, especialy for 4 years training

I dont think I have gained serious ammounts of muscle, I know I put on serious ammounts of muscle.

You sure are special, in the last 115-16 months I went from 350 deadlift to 505x9 touch and go withwraps, 250 squat to used to be 500x7 off a box and is just now comeing back after a injury. And 210 bench to 370 along with 90lbs on my on my 5 rep chinup max. I envy your 6 years progress… You are sooo special.

I have never wanted to be lean, being big looking without a 6 pack if fine with me. If I wanted to do a bodybuilding show I wouldnt gain excess fat because I know that getting down low would be all that much harder.

I consider it bulk and cutt because Im bulking, and I plan on loseing the extra fat, not sure when tho.

I do think it would be easy for me to drop the weight I gained. If you check my pic at 200lbs in my profile tis me at a 40" waist. I dont think id be fat if I dieuted down to the same waist size but weighed 50lbs more. But Im just assumeing.

I probably would have gained weight just by liveing through my 16th birthday. And I assume this is what happened to a point considering I gained muscle faster than some of the authors was said to be posible.

Nothing wrong with slow bulking and never haveing to be fat enough to cut, but bulking and cutting in general can work magic if done right and spaced out enough.
