How about boosting my calories on workout days and decreasing them on cardio days?[/quote]
you are going to have to create a net calorie deficit somehow. Gotta get your big rocks in the jar first.

Thanks for all your replies!! Means alot.
Hey keep us posted, i’m hitting a wall on fat loss and I’m open for new ideas. One thing I’ll add which sort of goes along w/ what the board is saying is that in my experience cutting calories doesn’t do much for me, it’s all about activity level.
I can get usually away with eating more (clean foods) if I’m more active, whereas cutting calories but being inactive doesn’t help me much.
Good luck.

I stay active while I cut my calories. This next week I will boost my calories and my workouts…see what happens!!
I’m planning on starting this program this week (Monday)and was hoping someone could provide a spreadsheet for this? I want to keep a log or spreadsheet of my progress, but I’m not familiar with word or excel?
Does anyone have a log or spreadsheet they can share? It would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,
matt

Microsoft Excel is easy, just try a few times to work it out until you get it right. Otherwise just do what I do and use a day planner and put your info on that. Good luck!!
