10x3 FFL Diet Considerations

I want to start this plan in January and would like to hear from some others about the best way to eat during it. My focus is to absolutely destroy my gut, with that in mind I was thinking keto for the first month and slowly introducing carbs as needed. I plan on staying very strict for the first 30 days and then testing out some post workout carbs added to the normal whey.

I am trying to make sure that I maximize fat loss while having enough energy to complete the program without pussing out any lifts. If you have done this plan let me know your take on it. I’m 210 at 6ft and around 14-16 bf. I cannot fucking wait for the new year ha… Get Stoked

I did it, but skimped out on the HIT shit with the exception of some walking during on the off days.

I simply ate enough to lose about a pound a week. The workouts were hard (hardest I’ve done, actually), but I was able to progress as the program was written. I only did it for 4 weeks.

I am currently following a very basic 5x5 workout, and I added in some Surge after, and BEFORE (half a serving), my workout. It definitly helped with my recovery.

Why don’t you just pig out and then starve yourself in January like normal people?

Realistically, maintain a normal Paleo type diet based on meat and veg throughout and try to limit the crap that will be forced on you by well meaning females in your family.
