10th week Day 7 of 12wk Get Shredded Diet

Been busy, at work and home and most importantly the gym.

10th week day 6

Been getting all my hrs in… roughly 12hrs a week.

The weight is still coming off, I still feel really small. I cant wait to start eating more again and start putting some lean weight back on.

I guess my blood sugar levels are getting really low, been getting very depressed and thinking about chucking the whole diet in… dark hours people! but I just think “fuck it” and get my head down and do my work out… probably not the best workouts in the world, but they are better than not doing them right?

Keep at it man. I def again ur shirts will become smaller when doing the GSD however stride on. it does do mind fucks to your attitude …Trust. I have not done it yet but know others who have. and it does wonders to the mood and activity level. Press on .

ur almost there and i admire ur dedication. Something i can not do myself. I have tried it but its too much for me at this point. I would def not go by the scale. i got them at my house and they are crap. get a the tape and do measurements on u …but good luck cant wait for the pics. and must be hard doin it all in japan lol

At this point its all a mind game. I know through my leaning out phase that around week 8ish I damn near chucked it too but you just have to say no I want this and Im going to do it.

I have to give you mad props on keeping your calorie intake low for so long. I tried that for 2 weeks in the begining of my program but I couldnt hack the dizzyness, shitty feeling and lack of energy. I still kept it under my maintence of 2400cals.

As for the bf% just buy some calipers and do it that way. I tried that electronic one and it say Im at 16.26% then I had a trainer use my calipers and I came out at 11.26%. Id get a tape measure too.

Keep up the good work only 2 weeks left. Ill be watching for those end pics and times you need encouragement

Ohh and thanks Id been trying to find that shredded in 6 days article for awhile. Now I might do this in 2 weeks.

Cheers for the motivation! It was all greatly needed.

Today was a re-feed day and I’m a bit worried I’ve over done it. We shall see, I know my weight will be a bit high for the next, what? 3 days and then should start going down again right?

I was experiment in the gym today and found my 1RM for my squat… 275lbs, I weigh 154lbs. I know a lot of people squat a lot heavier than that but I’m kind of happy with it for my body weight (or am I deluding myself?)

After my GSD I’m going to do bill star’s 5x5, I’ve decided… nice and simple, simple lifts, 3x a week. Just what the doctor orderd. I downloaded that excel sheet that goes with it and calculates all your progression for you… fantastic! well looking forward to that!

hey be proud of the squat. i mean if thats ur max be proud. measure urself against only urself. i am 160 and last squat i did max was 245 but sure its went up due to squat 210 4 times…but anyhow measure u with u .

also bill stars is a good program and easy to do …i am going to try the program that ur on after i seen u do it . but i know i will be crankie and also 10 hour shifts from 5 am to 5pm will wear me out i am sure and i wont go as heavy as u did . so we shall see from ur end photos
