All the questions I have read were how much of bcaa’s shod I take?
This is the first time I am going to take bcaa and add it to my 100% Whey Protein, my question is 100% Whey Protein ( optimum nutrition ) has:
L-Valine 1.42g
L-Leucine 2.53g
L-Isoleucine 1.57g
And the bcaa of the same company has:
L-Valine 1.5g
L-Leucine 2.5g
L-Isoleucine 1.5g
So the protein shake has the same amount of bcaa as the bcaa alone. Do you think that it is a good idea to take the bcaa with my protein?
