Hey,
I just invested in a BCAA powder supplement (leucine 2.5 grams, isoleucine 1.25 grams & valine 1.25 grams) and a separate L-Leucine powder supplement (5 grams per teaspoon)
my question is what would be the best way to separate them during the day… I was planning an taking the BCAA pre during and post workout and taking the L-Leucine once or twice a day with meals
also would it still be beneficial to use the same structure on non-workout days
any advice would be much appreciated
