Ya, call me crazy, but when someone anonymously claims big numbers I would like to actually see proof.

In other news I deadlift 801 last night. I told you guys it can be done by a natty.
Posh!

I challenge you to a deadlift duel because it is, in fact, I who can deadlift 801 without the use of PED’s! Just hit me up next time you’re in Anytown, USA. I think you’re all talk, Internet tough guy, I want to see this in person.

What’s that you say? NO, I won’t just post a video of myself doing the lift! You think you can hide behind your Internetanonymousness? Come do it TO MY FACE!
I will pay for your plane ticket, steak dinner, and give you $1MM if you can out pull me.

#NoBalls

…lol, guess I could just pay for your gas since you’re not that far away…
I like your avatar pic.

Good luck w/the V-Diet. May it bring you fortune. And abs.
Thanks man!

Let’s start out easy. I’ve not even trained pullups for like a month. Here’s 15 reps with 45lbs.

Can you beat that? Just a heads up, you’re gonna have to crush that by a mile if you think you could actually beat BCPowder.

nice work! I’m not sure I could do that.

Any idea what your weighted max is?

Max is around 3 plates. Not sure about heavy triple since I’ve never tried that specifically, but probably like 115.

Same. Or at least it was.

me three, can’t rep out with the same volume as you though

That’s funny considering Mike Chang wore a 40lb pack and could only do 14. Oh and it was recorded as a world record…ya. What a cheeseball. I was thinking to myself, how could this be world record? I can do that much with a 45lb plate. You just have to laugh at that piece of shit.

Total dog shit!

Just goes to show that with the right marketing, any youtube moron can be successful in the fitness industry.

not to take things too off topic, but why does everyone hate that Mike Chang so much? He’s just another youtube training guru much like any other, so why does everyone seem to hate him so much more than anyone else?

I think it’s because he comes across as a bigmouth who gives out useless advice.

Also: Csulli, that was awesome.

Thanks guys.

Actually I had never seen that Mike Chang video.

I didn’t know he fucking kipped them too rofl.

That’s lame. I have done sets of 8 with 75 lbs so pretty sure I could hit at least that many with 45. Not sure of the perfect form that you pull off, Csulli, but at least as good as this guy.

You guys and your high volume pullups everyday approach are telling newbies its great approach and I call bullshit on it.

And I’m willing to back it up with $.

You circle jerking cliques who live on this forum think you rule but there are plenty of folks who just read your drivel and laugh.

That’s actually not bad. But not good enough.

Addendum: I just threw you a bone…dawg

Activities guy, I specifically said so cal…that’s a little more descriptive than “anytown USA” Go back to your kettlebells.

Ucmds, I simply threw out 5k because I figured that number would spice things up. Guess some think that’s too high. Nothing I can do about that.

I can do like 10 pull ups with no additional weight. I’m such a beast.

Oh don’t you worry…no doubt your fellow clubhouse mates will crawl out to back their bro.

Smh at the sad people who define themselves by their ability to rule T Nation forums…
Posted several days back.

LMFAO at how predictable some people are.

You should try 100 pullups per day…if that fails try 101…
