Your arm namely biceps look pretty big and your lower pecs are pretty developed. I will recommend developing your lat width with heavy rows and wide, wide, grip chins and lat pulldowns and as your friend stated shrugs for your traps. Also, work on building your pec delt tie in with heavy incline bench presses both dumbbell and barbell.

Your nipples are far too large. I recommend some sort of reduction surgery.
