Haha since I comment on these threads I decided I should get my own flaming.
So these are about the mid-point or so in my Physique Clinic and I’m going to redo this rating twice more, once at the end of the Physique Clinic and once in July. CT’s master plan has me coming in at 5% bodyfat in July. Hopefully I’ll be entering into a powerlifting meet again soon. Who knows, maybe a bodybuilding show one day which is hard for me to even think of as I’ve never had a 6 pack let alone a body to step on stage!
By the way I know 2 of my major weak points are shoulders and abs and CT is helping me with those now.

The first thing that jumped out at me is that your chest looks very small in relation to your arms. Especially the upper area.
For what it’s worth, I’ve been following and enjoying your PC. Best of luck!
Thanks man and CT must agree with you! The bench specific program I’m sure will help build some muscle on my chest!
Nice lifts. Like another said I would work on bringing up the chest and add triceps to that as well. Also, looks like your lat width could be brought out more.
haha ur lifts do not match ur physique at all… u have some efficient muscle
im surprised u dont have more lat width… what is ur max weighted pullup? or some sort of idea of ur vertical pulling strength?
another thing is as far as bench
… bench does shit for my chest… in vertical pushes my delts and tris take over completely… i can feel them a little in decline…
best thing for my pecs are lying cable flies with very strict form… my arms are almost completely straight the entire time and i pause and squeeze at the top… these work much better than dumbbell flies… because of the angle of the force… CT wrote an article about this
u must have some shitty ab genetics man… because ur bf is looking pretty low… much lower than mine and ur abs are only very slightly visible… are u doing any direct ab work?
ill tell u some stuff thats worked well for me… one exercise i sorta made up… and when u come to clemson ill show u… but ill warn u it looks very gay
but with this exercise i like to do in this sort of manner … week 1… 4 sets 10-20 reps… last two sets to failure 60 s rest…
next week same thing 45 sec rest… next week 30 sec rest…and from here i use various other difficulty measures
but in addition to this once a week… on another day i do lower rep stuff thats weighted
basically i hang off of a flat bench and do a semi inverted sit upin the 6-8 rep range… u can also alter ur hand position to switch the difficulty
another big problem ppl run into with abs is that they are relying on their psoas which is at the top of the front of their legs to do some of the work… i think u can really improve ur abs by simply focusing on not using the psoas and really trying to imagine ur abs completing the given motion

Dude, if carl admits to it looking gay then I guarantee it looks way gayer than you’re imagining it does. Especially when this gayness is in reference to some ab shit.
Nice work so far CP, making good progress. I enjoy reading both your threads, and you are very generous with your time answering each post individually, that’s bigtime bro!
Your arms look good, did you have that kind of definition when you were rowing at Clemson, or did this program help you put some definition on your arms?

haha true that I’ve seen the exercises that you guys have done before… it;s even scarier when you two do partner exercises!

Either way, nice job and keep on keepin on!!!
Hey thanks for the compliment man! I never had much definition when I was rowing. I would say my quads were a little more defined then they are now, but I would hope so when I was basically doing leg presses for 2 hours a day!

The 3.7 is a little lame man, i think you might got a few poor rating because people are a little jealous that you got picked instead of them.
Keep up the hard work in the P.C, any idea on if youre gonna end up doing a strongman comp ?
Best of luck with the move, and keep kicking ass.

Hey thanks man! I suspected I would be around a 5, haha that’s what I rated myself anyway.
I actually think I’ll do a powerlifting meet when I get done! That way I’ll have done both a bench and squat program and I’ll drop down to a lighter weight class.
