10'' or 12'' Log?

Which one should I get? I’m only going to buy 1. The competition I want to enter is using a 12" log (incline press for reps), but would it be better to train with the 10" log since it gives me a little bit more range of motion? I’ve never lifted one before so I’m not sure if I should just get the 12" (is it harder to lift overhead than the 10") or settle for the 10".

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeremiah

If your going to get one log get a 12" as you are going to see it in a lot more comps than a 10" plus most people have a harder time pressing a 12"

x2

Most people I know agree that a 12’’ log is harder then a 10’’ log. Get the bigger log.

I say make 1 of both.

I would if I could. I’ll get the 12" log when I get my bonus this month.

Pitbull is the one I’m going to get. He has the best prices by far for a log.

12" log ordered this morning! I can’t wait for it to come in…
