The prof does 2 things. He gives good advice on for the runts to get a move on and bust out of that runt mold. And he gives some tips and advice some of the time when he’s not eating the small children. He can be harsh but he has an image to uphold because he probably wants to keep posting here and have credibility.
I am only alike with the prof when it comes to experience and results, he and i went to the same school.
The difference is i could care less about this site or any of the 90% of the losers that post on it everyday. I left some preety good training tips along the way, if you weren’t paying attention… I could grab about 2 dozen thank you personally quotes directed to myself for the info i have provided.

Most of us hang out and shoot the shit to relieve the boredom of sitting in front of a computer all day.

Zap, pay attention… I DON’T MIND GETTING FLAMED. And there is a difference betwen T.O. and Tiki, T.O. is the best WR in the NFL, Tiki is not the best RB. When ever you’re the best at anything, or just the best period. Then you will have some vague conception where T.O. and others are comming from. Don’t try to understand things when you really don’t have the right frame of reference… it distorts your image of whats real. T.O. can say or do whatever the fuck he wants until someone wants to prove that they are better than he is… I havn’t seen it. And, I havn’t seen a better looking bodybuilder than Arnold… EVER! Both have the frame of reference.
