I hate to be the dick who says this, but I honestly think your case would have been curable with diet and letro. Reason being: your nipples aren’t puffy (a sometimes prolactin problem that will make it more apparent as you lose bodyfat), I don’t see anything signifying a lump or tenderness (may be wrong, I obviously didn’t feel), and you have some adipose tissue on your gut. Your body shape is what I refer to at my gym as “bulk syndrome”. It’s where people, using steroids or not, are always bulking, and never get absolutely ripped up before they try to add on more mass.

And the bulk, because of genetics and semi muscular arms in puberty, is centered around your upper chest cavity and stomach. While your arms may grow and your shoulders may stand out in a tank, the insides need the cardio and the cut. Obviously nothing to do now, but I would get down to like 5 percent bodyfat, cardio 6 times week, weights 6 times week, and abs 3x week and see where that leaves your physique.

Look up fat cell apoptosis. It’s primarily theory and takes a long time if it works, but what I have noticed is that as cells die and are replaced, if a low body fat is established, fat is almost always added in an even way. The theory taught in most classes though is that the number is consistent. Long term studies of fat cell starvation have shown some interesting results. Exception: Obesity.

diet and letro does nothing for gyno caused by glandular tissue. glandular tissue remains unless you get surgery. have you ever seen what a glandular excision looks like?

he got gyno surgery because he had gyno. i’d say he no longer has gyno and his chest looks a lot better post surgery. why the hell would he want to get down to 5% body fat? why would anyone want to be this lean if they weren’t stepping on stage?

you really do way too much useless and off topic posting in this forum.

you’re 19 years old, here’s a piece of advice:

shut up and learn (stolen from Shelby Starnes)

I will agree I’m not super lean in these photos

Through the yrs I’ve achieved/ maintained a lower bf (12-15%) BF. ironically the leaner I got the more obvious the gyno would become.
I undoubtedly had hard, rubbery glandular tissue, which could not be altered by diet, exercise, or meds. I did have a few good days while being super lean, but they were far and few between, and as mentioned the dedication to remain 5% bw yr rounds for a handful of “good” days is nearly impossible.

I’ll post a few pic for the past years where I tired to combat my gyno w/ diet & exercise, unsuccessfully.

Thank you for your comments.

In conclusion, yes I’m too fat in these photos. Yes, I tired unsuccessfully to get gyno under control in every way possible b4 resorting to surgery.

I’ll post a new post op photo soon. My results are fantastic and my dedication to training is renewed!!

I’m also wondering if anybody has advice on their training post gyno surgery. Do u advise I focus on upper chest development? Should I include dips or decline press? If anybody would like to advise lemme kno and I’ll detail my current training & diet.

I’m leaner here, less muscle but leaner

I achieved thai by eating clean, running 3-4 (3miles) per wk, and lots of bw exercises and boxing training
I

This is my best physique pre surgery

Good muscle & lean

To achieve this I ate super clean, and trained bb training and lots of prowler and circuit training for cardio. Usually 1 hr on bb training…and them a 2nd workout in the evening just for high intensity circuits and prowler.

Most muscular was a fav pose of mine, use fists to cover nips…lol
