1 RM

Hey Guys-

Anyone have any advice on testing my 1 rm?? Should I do it for squats, deads, and bench?? How should I go about doing it??? Any help is appreciated.

You must have a spotter. Choose a day when you feel extra good, get in the gym, warm up, concentrate and lift the damn bar. Also, wear a belt, knee wraps, that kind of thing. Some powerful music would help too.
