1-AD EC

I know this has probably been asked before, but will 1AD be as good as MAG-10 during a cutting cycle? One more thing, can anyone tell me Dave Tate`s website.

I think you mean 4-ad-ec. If you really did mean 1-ad-ec, where did you see this?

4AD-EC is usually mentioned in cutting threads. Mag-10 is usually mentioned in muscle gaining threads.
