Toney Freeman looked great, overall. However his conditioning, from behind looked a bit off. another 5 lbs and hes very hard to beat.
Ahmad Haidar looked fantastic i thought, just too small to fight these other guys.
Kai Greene is the man. He was in the zone for his routine, crazy.

o dear… my boy Vic looking great. Im such a big fan of his physique (im biased). Branch is really doing well holding his own. Hes looking great also.

I don’t know why everyone’s yelling Vic is going to win. His legs can’t even compare to the rest. Branch has them all on conditioning. Kai’s legs own everybody, and his entire package is great. Vic’s middle traps are huge, but just don’t look that good to me. Kai and Branch just have nicer-looking backs, in my opinion.
Also, Vic’s calves can’t compare to Kai’s and Branch’s.
