So until you get to your life long goals you will stay here and continue to poopoo on people that are bigger, stronger, and achieved more than you? Your whole argument against X is that you basically don’t like his personality and what he says. Grow up and move on.
You left out that those bigger, stronger, more accomplished ones have also helped countless people on these boards over the years.

There’s such a thing as ‘haters’ and then there’s whatever-the-fuck flag this browndisaster is flying.

Yeah, I read what posters such as maraudermeat, stu, bonez, modok, bwhitwell, waylander, etc said and took that advice. I really appreciate that accomplished lifters will take time out to chronicle the hell out of their training, diet, and how that factors in with their personal lives. This site is free and it’s awesome that people will take time out of their day and give great advice. I can shut the fuck up and listen when I know I’m around someone who’s capable of helping me.

The posts I’ve seen by X are unhelpful and rude. If he was at least funny I wouldn’t have started anything, but he’s fat and boring and I enjoy this. In no way am I a hater of his because I want to emulate him.

Hey guys, this is serious.

I just discovered a frozen yogurt version of double chocolate Moose Tracks.

WHAT-THE-FUCK, right?! An entire container is just over 1,000 calories. It was delicious.

Okay, okay, carry on. There are important things being discussed.
You say this without telling us the brand?! wtf.
Meijer’s brand. I’m not sure they have those outside of Michigan and very limited areas of the Midwest.

It really is jizzgasmic, though. Might I say… richer than the original?

Alright, I’ll stop dangling this thread of amazingness. (pun semi intended?)
lol I’m holding you to that, I’ll try some when I go next week

LOL

but you’ve claimed to have gained 80lbs in 4 years and im guessing you are so anti bulk and anti fat you must be in good shape

and weigh 210

yet bench 225 x 2

???

what gives???

^^FYI

strength =/= looking good/big

but I think Browntroutdisaster and Yolo should post up some pics. This faceless poster stuff is pretty weak IMO

They need to get off my swagga.

ive made no claims so dont need to back up anything

taking photos and putting them on the internet is not for me if you want to believe thats cos im fat skinny or whatever i honestly do not care

also no one who is in gopd shape at 210 can only bench 2 plates for a couple of reps unless they are at least 7 foot tall

So you say. What if he has a shoulder injury? What if he never benches and only uses machines/DBs/whatever?

You just never know.

how is that unbelievable? I’m 6’3 so ~210 somewhat lean on me looks unimpressive, whereas zraw turned on all of T Nation at a shredded ~190. My bench has gone up 90 pounds in less than a year, but that’s believable as I was 150 with 135x5 bench. I’m sure going from 225 to 315 will take longer and be far more difficult, and 315 to 405 even more so.

unless you are significantly leaner than the pic X posted you are a typical loud mouth.

a lean 210 at 6’3 is still big and definitely enough to bench more than 2 plates twice.

lol at you being a complete prick in this thread for no reason whatsoever while being weak as shit and not in shape.

kids these days!

Watch who you call a kid YOLO!! Not all of us only live once like you. Maybe you should stfu and listen to those with several lifetimes of more experience than you.

Anyways, lets talk about training more. I nailed a lunge off a 3 board, then almost got one off a 2 board, but just missed that fucker at lockout.

I wasn’t going to bother responding to this, but I have nothing else of pressing importance.

So, you’ve been reading this site since 2004, and don’t understand why threads about a certain subject getting turned into Professor X bashing/praising/meme content in any regard gets tired? Or why someone would want to include an informal and less-than-serious post about something to lighten things up?

…or the fact that YOU ARE the nameless, faceless poster tough-guy that has waved his dick around a myriad of threads since June without ever contributing anything of use or significance, but would rather act some sort of special breed of poster that has inside track on life and lifting that others don’t? In addition, your response to my abovementioned post is only perpetuating the inconsequence of making an off-topic thread that has gotten off-topic even more off-topicery which thereby totally nullifies the point you’re trying to make.

Okay, what I originally meant to say was some variation of,

Glad we cleared that up. I apologize to ye, o mighty Yolo, may you have a wonderful and fun-fraught weekend.

Eh, I’m a hypocrite just like anyone else. I suppose I’m still young and arrogant enough that I can’t always exercise taking the higher road. It is nice to strive for, though.

An average “lean” level of leanness (not contest lean) 210 @6’3 is not big (no offense)

My avatar picture is 5’11 and somewhere between 210-220… Add 4 inches in height and drop up to 10 lbs… Wouldn’t be big.

lulz at “no offense”

you are another good guy greg.

obvi it is semantics regarding what is “big” etc

bottom line? if you bench 225 x 2 and you weigh 210 you are weak as fuck and out of shape. appreciate it is BB not PL but even so - you are in no place to act like some BB oracle.

i get that brownabortion is trying to be master troll from his mom’s basement and is looking for a reaction - im just pointing out the discrepancies in his self righteous BS attitude.
