Good luck man! Can’t wait to see the stage pics. You worked your ass off and did everything right. Crazy that this is your first competition. Your physique really shows what great dedication and preparation you’ve put in to all this. You deserve to win and I think you will.

Judge said I was the best tonight and wouldve won… i tested how much i could fill up without spilling over
Came in a bit flat this morning to make sure i was the dryest…was about 189 on stage in a 187-198 category(weighted in at 193 but didnt carb up overnight)
Everyone agreed i had the best condition of all competitors
Offseason starts tomorrow. Going for 10-15lbs stageweight in 12months
Plazma will be a staple
