Hey Z, I am consistently amazed at the progress you are displaying in just a matter of days, let alone weeks and months! Very well done, I can’t wait to see the finished product under stage lighting I’ve got a feeling we haven’t seen the half of it yet!
In your side relaxed (left) on the previous page you seem to have three pecs! Wtf?!
Congrats on bringing up the hamstrings they have come a long way by the looks of it.
Random question - do you have a training partner? And do you prefer training with a partner?

Thx for the comments!
I do like to have a training partner when he’s there to shut the fuck up and get shit done. It can help with motivation and takes 2x less time to take off/add weights haha

I feel the same way about physique. I watched an NPC show in August and the difference between the physique and BBing was drastic. Nothing against physique, but it’s seems like a comp about who looks the prettiest. bbing has some of that but more about who is the biggest, freakiest, and most shredded without the “fluff” that mens physique has. You forgot to do a front double bicep in the video lol. But on another note posing on video really shows how smooth your posing has become even the set up and transitions between poses flowed well, and the whole black and white really just shows how tight your conditioning actually is.
Not sure how big the other guys are going to be by comparison although can’t imagine you will be out massed at a local show. You should be in the mix for the overall assuming your peaking process with skip is timed properly. (According to skip his method actually makes the timing of peaking very predictable come game day so you should be on the money.)
You will probably win i honestly don’t think 99% of first time competitors are going to have a support team like Skip and John behind them to make sure they are the best they can be, most are probably prepping themselves with little to no experience of what it takes to get into true contest shape.
You obviously took this damn seriously and invested more time and money into this then most would and it shows, i would never guess by looking at that video that you were a first time competitor. It looks like your investment and dedication has paid off.
