have we already adressed the fact that the police officers were holding glocks yet were told to ‘make sure their safeties are off’

I don’t think so. It was to imply that they never see action, but yeah that’s pretty unrealistic. The best part is that the safety actually was on.
9 more minutes ![]()
… well for me.
I already watched it. Did no one see the link I posted that was leaked online?
good show btw- can’t wait till next week
Eh I prefer to watch it on my Plasma… y’know, for that effect ![]()

Did you know that The Walking Dead was leaked out so it was 9 more minutes for me but like, a week ago for someone else?
What’d you guys think of The Walking Dead? I liked it, seems like it might last if they continue down the path they’re on now.
I just watched it and liked it a lot. I love zombie movies and I thought the show was really well done. Looks like they have a really high budget for this show too (which is really good if you hope the show lasts)
I was surprised by some of the gore/blood that they showed (on the head shots) because the show isnt on HBO or anything. I was pleasantly surprised. I’m excited to see the rest of this season.

I was thinking the same thing about the budget. They seemed to spare no expense, which is awesome. I also thought it was interesting that the zombies ate the horse. In most [maybe all] zombie movies I’ve seen they only go for humans. I kinda wish the horse had at least kicked a couple in the head on his way down, but I’m a sucker for animals. Anyway, this looks really promising. I dvr’d the 1st episode am gonna watch it again tonight.
^ just think though, the horse was a “meaty” diversion allowing our buddy Grimes enough time to crawl up into the M1 Ahbrams.
To any tankers on T-Nation; does the M1 really have a bug out/rescue hatch on the bottom like that?
Great work when he kills the dead (or rather, undead?) tanker crewman the aftereffects of firing a large calibre gun is shown.
Man, his hearing must have been gone for awhile.
Best line for me is the “Hey you, yeah you dumbass in the tank”
Anxiously awaiting episode 2 this Sunday

I liked that part about firing the round inside that tank as well. had the same effect as a flashbang. I like when shows are “realistic” (well as realistic as a zombie movie can be i guess lol)
I hate it when stuff is super unrealistic, like guys hiding behind a wall in a house or behind a car in a gunfight… like the bullets wont go through that shit and still kill you.
So far so good. i’m actually re watching the episode right now… That car flip scene in the beginning was bad ass
Just watched it…good shit. Well impressed!
I really liked the pacing I think they’re going to be able to get with the series.
Zombie movies can end up feeling kinda rushed and cramped.
I’m psyched for next week.
I’ve been reading the graphic novels for about 2 yrs now and I believe the books have been out since 2007 so they have plenty of material to go off of.
And it’s a long sad ride. But they kick some zombie/human ass

they were pretending the slide release was a safety. That bugged me, but its probably why they almost lost the shoot out with generic hillbilly bad guys.
I enjoyed the episode. Can’t think of anything I’d really want to change about it. I thought he was going to get jumped in the staircase for sure.
Anyone read zombie books or ebooks?
This show had me searching the internet and I stumbled across the As The World Dies trilogy by Rhiannon Frater. I’ve read the first two so far, and they’re very well done.

When he shot the zombie cop through the fence, that was pretty high end gore for A&E, the whole back of his head was just gone, awesome.
