by that I mean its been a good week but haven’t been to the gym much
phone interview tomorrow for a promotion. nervous.
i have been exercising, but whatever it is, i just can’t get motivated to log my workouts when they are mostly cardio and endurance based. It just doesn’t seem cool.
anyways, here is what i did today.
trail run, 4 km

bike, 40 min
recumbent bike 20 min.

My workouts are TOTALLY uncool right now, yo!! You still gotta log em! Plus, half the time people don’t even fully read your shit and then just make small talk off one lil sentance that they weren’t too lazy to read and comprehend…
